The crew behind the wrench

Ridgeline Plumbing started in 2009 with one van, a full toolbox, and a simple frustration: too many homeowners getting vague quotes, late arrivals, and messes left behind. Founder Dan Kowalski — a second-generation master plumber — figured doing the opposite would be enough to build a business on. He was right.

Fifteen years later we’re a small, tight crew serving Bergen County from our shop in Dumont. The name comes from the Palisades ridgeline we drive along every day — and it’s a decent summary of how we work: steady, dependable, and hard to knock over.

We’re still small on purpose. Every tech is someone we’d send to our own mother’s house, and every job gets the same standard: fixed properly, priced upfront, and cleaned up like we were never there.
